Wendy Talton, EA, Founder/Owner Veteran, Minority and Women Owned Business

Wendy Talton is the founder and owner of Empowering Visionaries LLC. After serving her country for over 21+ years, she retired from the Army, while also serving various communities along the way. It was during her transition out of the Army she found a new way of serving people’s needs. While working at Management Solutions Remote, she felt compelled to open her own business and follow in her mother’s footsteps (as she too worked in this same field). She wanted to ensure she could help individuals figure out what the next steps were towards their business journey.

Wendy’s educational and work experience background includes a bachelor’s from Thomas Edison State University, Business Support Services (Management Solutions), Business Formation (business start-up), Taxation (SALT), Tax preparation, Payroll, Bookkeeping, Financial Management, U.S. Army: Business Communications, Business relations, Human Resources, and Senior Advisor. Affiliations: United Way, Central Texas VITA (Volunteer Tax Preparer), admitted to practice before the IRS, and Member of the National Association of Tax Professionals.

Sonnia Diestra, Business Support Services Senior Advisor

Sonnia Diestra is a volunteer, that is serving to support the mission and goals of Empowering Visionaries LLC. She is a dedicated and certified Business Support Specialist and Senior Advisor and is extremely versed in Tax preparation and Business Support Management for 20+ Years.

Sonnia’s educational and work experience background includes bachelor’s from Lima Peru, Instructor at UNLV, Loan Officer, Senior Advisor at Management Solutions Remote. Specialized in Business Formation (business start-up), Taxation (SALT), Tax preparation, Financial Management, Business Communications, and Business relations. Affiliations: Clark County VITA (Volunteer Tax Preparer) and more.

Our team consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping our clients succeed. We are passionate about what we do and are always looking for new and innovative ways to help our clients reach their goals. Small team collaborators are located in Las Vegas, NV and Waco, Texas.
